What You Need to Know about Your Visit
When you come to Avon Dental Group, we want your time with us to be as successful and smooth as possible. To make that happen, you should come prepared. Here is information you need to know before you arrive for your appointment to help our team handle the behind-the-scenes processing. Please review the information below, and reach out to us and let us know if you have any questions about your visit.
Your First Visit
For every patient, the first appointment is very important. We take the time to help you feel welcome. You’ll be greeted by our friendly team and given a tour of our dental office. When we’re ready, we’ll call you back and get to know you better. Our hygienist will then clean your teeth and remove hardened plaque. Then, one of our dentists will come and talk to you about your goals and needs and create a personalized treatment plan moving forward.

Dental Financing
Maybe your budget can’t handle a big expense right now. Perhaps you want to spread out the cost of dental care over many months instead of just one payment. Whatever the reason, flexible financing is available through CareCredit or iCare Financing. In fact, you may qualify for a low-interest rate! Feel free to click on the links below or give us a call. We can help you through the application process and answer your questions.
Patient Forms
If you are a new patient, you must fill out our new patient forms. This information gives us your medical and dental history, insurance policy numbers, and more. But you don’t have to complete this paperwork while you sit in our waiting room. In fact, we recommend that you download our forms, print and fill them out, and bring them with you to our dental office. That way, our team can start processing your information right away and get ready to start your appointment sooner.
